General Terms
1. We do not provide deliveries at the moment. Only pick-ups are available from Taman Mayang Jaya, PJ (Same row as Lincoln College)
2. Our cheesecakes are made with pure cheese (without flour, whipped cream or eggs) and is required to be refrigerated at all times to ensure freshness, so please arrange your pick-up accordingly.
3. Only 2 sizes available - 4" and 8" diameter. We do not provided any extras unless stated or requested (upon availability). All food are HALAL.
4. Only very fresh, high quality ingredients are used, therefore 3 days of advance order is required.
5. For urgent orders - min 24 hours, there will be a surcharge of RM15)
6. Please be punctual in your collection as per time agreed unless due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
1. We DO NOT deal via COD (Cash on Delivery).
2. Please bank-in full amount to our Maybank account (will be provided upon confirmation of order) minimum 3 days prior to collection date to confirm your order.
3. Full payment with transaction proof must be made when order is placed to prevent last minute back out.
4. Order confirmation slip (receipt of payment) will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment received.
5. No refunds or returns for any cancellations, fail of collection or back-outs.
