How To Slice Cheesecake
Use a sharp knife dipped into hot water. Use a paper towel to wipe the knife used to make those even slices. Make sure the knife is dry prior to slicing the cheesecake. Make a smooth cut-cutting from center to end-do not lift the knife from the cake.
